Cauldron SMP is for supporters & community members of WhimsyNymph ONLY.

2. You must be in WhimsyNymph's Discord Server!
3. I am a loud & proud LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and Pagan. If you have any issues with or don't support any of those groups, then kindly leave.
4. You aren't welcome here if you are: bigoted, pro-life, sexist, racist, ableist, MAGA, Republican, transphobic, or homophobic.
5. You must also meet at least one of the following criteria below in order to join the SMP.
How to Join the SMP?
At least one of the following:
Watch WhimsyNymph's Twitch streams and redeem a "SMP token" with your Twitch Channel Points AKA clear quartz. You can also redeem "vouch for a friend" so they can be whitelisted too!
Channel Points are a customizable & free virtual reward system on Twitch. You earn points just by watching Whimsy's Twitch streams!
Be a regular in the community! - I or my Moderation team recognize your name often in either Youtube comments/streams, Discord server, or Twitch streams. Discord Staff will then create a personal #ticket for you to ask for your ign and the platform you're playing on.
No set timeframe & it's best to have similar alias/username across platforms

How do I make a #ticket?

2. Read the rules
3. Go to the channel#ticket and clickopen a ticket
4. Inside of your ticket you will need to send proof that you meet ONE of the criteria from above, then follow the instructions from staff. ☺︎⋆˚꩜｡

*Not to be confused with Mooncap SMP. These are 2 entirely different minecraft servers. Yes, this has happened a few times already and why I had to type this out.

This is WhimsyNymph's community server. All Discord rules apply, plus the following:
☀️ 1. Gameplay🌤️1A. No griefing or stealing regardless of if the land is claimed. You will be temporarily or even permanently banned.⛅1B. You must claim your land with your claim blocks - not signs.🌥️1C. It is recommended you leave roughly 50 blocks of distance between other member's builds/claims and ask before becoming their neighbor.☁️1D. Our SMP is a public server! There are not rules surrounding loitering as players are welcome anywhere. If you want to keep people out, claim your land.🌦️1E. No roleplaying the following: family roleplay, wedding roleplay, or harmful/negative roleplay.🌧️1F. Do not use alt accounts for double rewards or gameplay advantages.⛈️1G. Non consensual or peer pressuring players into PVP is not allowed. No means no.🌩️1H. Keep the server pretty. Clean up any past builds and claims to make room for new players.☂️1I. Don’t leave random blocks or pillars.☔1J. Farms are allowed as long as they are lag-free, semi-automatic, and do not negatively affect the server performance. It is best practice to ask for permission before creating farms.🌫️1K. Map art must be built in the ocean to preserve land space. Once finished, it should be turned into a locked map and removed.🍃1L. Do not create scam trades or shops.🌳1M. Political buildings are disallowed. Religious buildings are allowed as long as they are not for roleplay purposes. These spaces should be for personal use and remain respectful and not for preaching. Cauldron SMP is a space that welcomes all religions and cultures, but it is mandatory that all religious areas and text is respectful to all- otherwise you may be asked to remove it.

🧑💻Hacks, Exploits, Mods, and Unfair Advantages Rules🕵️No hacked or cracked clients.⚖️No mods that give you an advantage over other players in a vanilla setting. See: Allowed/Disallowed Mods - Ask staff first if unsure.🦹Any exploits, hacks, or lag machines will result in a ban with no warnings. This includes, but is not limited to: fly hacks, x-ray, duping, auto clicking, etc.🧛AFK Farms or machines that stop you from automatically triggering the AFK function are not allowed.
🏘️Town Rules
A compiled list of general town rules we expect members who live in groups/towns to follow!
Here you can find the global rules regarding towns on the Cauldron SMP! These rules are applicable for any kingdom, town, village, nation or other that hosts multiple members.
The reason these rules exist is to minimize the amount of drama as much as possible because it's difficult for staff to deal with and also we don't want players feeling left out.
Breaking or not following the rules will result in staff having to step in and punishments may be dealt accordingly. Just have fun, don't be stinky, and you will be fine.🌎Global Town Rules:Please ensure you have a Town members board & map on display in the Town. The board should clearly display personal Town boundaries (build theme + claim size) and the usernames of residents. When someone’s name is on the board they have full build perms in the area and only they can remove their name. If you'd like to include playerheads on your member board along with username signs, please create a ticket.You cannot force someone to leave your town after inviting them. They must leave by their own choice.No negative hierarchy. The Cauldron is for everyone! Make decisions together- not as overarching leaders.No wars, no drama. Disputes or arguments that do not immediately break Cauldron rules should be resolved privately between participants. Staff will not intervene on civil issues.Staff will not enforce specific Town rules players set. We will only help resolve issues that arise in your Town if a member is breaking the Cauldron rules or Global Town Rules.📒Things to note:Global Town Rules exist for a reason! They exist so we can ensure that members do not feel pushed or singled out. Cauldron SMP is for everyone and we wish to protect player's builds and areas, even if there is fallouts between members. Staff won't force someone to move out of Towns after they have been invited. So.. please be careful who you invite to your Towns!
We understand that civil disputes or arguments can arise more commonly in Town due to lots of people inhabiting one area - but, please make sure you are resolving things between yourselves in a calm and collected way. Disputes or arguments that do not immediately break Cauldron rules must be resolved between the participants privately. Meaning not in the public server chat to bother other members. Please do not get staff involved in civil issues. We get that arguments are tough to solve - but, it's even tougher to expect staff to resolve them when we do not know the ins-and-outs of things and we also do not know you very well!🟢What staff CAN help with when it comes to Town issues:We can contact players if they have not seen or responded to your attempts to communicate after 2 weeks.We can remove claims that are obviously abandoned. (If they clearly have no sign of life. This is up to staff to decide if it is abandoned).We can remove claims that are placed in already established bases or areas that are preventing you from using your land or builds.We can help review builds that are closer than 50 blocks to your build. There is no guarantee we will interfere, but we will review it and consider the factors on the next steps.🔴 What staff CANNOT help with when it comes to Town issues:We cannot aid in the removal of a player from a town whether they were invited or not.We cannot step in if players cannot come to an agreement. You are encouraged to try and compromise with other players that are in your town. If you cannot come to an agreement, you should ignore eachother and work in separate directions and move on.We cannot aid in the removal of a player from a private town if they were invited by anyone in the town and another member does not approve.
📝Misc NotesStaff will not reimburse items lost to glitches or unintended Minecraft mechanics.A ban on the SMP may result in the ban on our Discord server and vice versa so make sure you are following both sets of rules.It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of the rules provided for this server.There is also Town Rules that we expect you to follow if you own a Town on our server.
